WASHINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — Coffee lovers are in for a rude awakening as coffee prices are on the rise. “Coffee is, on the world market, it’s the second-largest commodity. WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Caribou Coffee has plans to open a coffee shop in the city.According to city documents, the company plans to build a 600-square-foot building at 2820 Eighth St. S., next to Domino’s. The Wisconsin Rapids Plan Commission will discuss the proposal at its meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 444 W.
